1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phdrean ("phdrean," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phdrean.org ("Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the phdrean Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the phdrean Platform, including registered members, guests browsing the Platform, and any person who accesses the Platform from any device or location. • You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory standards applicable to online gaming operators. phdrean strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as users.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phdrean or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the phdrean Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phdrean reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you do not meet these requirements or if you have provided false information during registration.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the phdrean Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one phdrean account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phdrean may, at its sole discretion, suspend all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdrean login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phdrean will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

KYC Verification: phdrean is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phdrean supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the phdrean Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phdrean account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phdrean does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• phdrean reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

Currency: All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). phdrean is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phdrean offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phdrean promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. phdrean reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus.
• phdrean reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the phdrean Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product, which are published within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

General betting conditions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. phdrean does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where phdrean determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred.
• phdrean reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, or where the outcome of an event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted by phdrean at any time.
• phdrean uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by phdrean, its staff, or any third party.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, phdrean will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical failure policy, which is available in the Platform's help section.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdrean Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to phdrean support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your phdrean account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phdrean staff or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phdrean Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phdrean or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without phdrean's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use any phdrean trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without phdrean's prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of phdrean's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdrean, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phdrean Platform.

phdrean's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdrean account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdrean does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phdrean makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phdrean's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy

phdrean collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phdrean Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdrean is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. phdrean may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

12. Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and phdrean's standard withdrawal procedures.

You may close your phdrean account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

13. Amendments

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phdrean arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phdrean's operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
